Our Journey
Our journey began with a deep-rooted passion for animals, particularly dogs. Over the years, I've had the joy of being a parent to five distinct dog breeds, each with their unique personality. They've been my steadfast companions through various life changes, enriching my life with their unconditional love.
The story of Everything Golden is intimately tied to my first Golden Retriever, Pickles. She came into my life during a period of immense grief following the loss of my only child. Pickles was more than just a pet; she was a healing presence, my "soul" dog. Her passing at the age of 12 left a void that took me four years to fill.
Now, Ludi, my four-year-old Golden, continues this legacy of love and support. Her intelligence, affection, stubbornness, and pure-hearted nature have been a source of joy and strength through life's ups and downs.
